- Avoid storing shared clinic passwords in one employee’s personal browser profile.
- Review synchronization and data-retention behavior before relying on it as a migration method.

- Export or migrate approved bookmarks when necessary.
- Test links, extensions, SSO, pop-up permissions, and default applications before handoff.
